Physical Challenge Week is an inter-house competition, to get as close as possible to the 4 challenges set out in the video – 1. Walk the North Coast 500 (516miles) 2. Run the South West Coastal Path (630miles) 3. Cycle Lands End to John O’Groats (874miles) 4. Climb Ben Nevis (4413ft / 1345meters)
The house with the most miles and elevation gained by Thursday 16th will be awarded the Sports Day Cup!
There will be tutor group prizes and individual prizes too.
