St Augustine’s Catholic College has been recognised by Ofsted as an Outstanding school since 2007
Under the new system for inspection introduced in September 2009, schools which are performing well are inspected less often than other schools. Her Majesty’s Inspectors (HMI) therefore assessed and evaluated various sources of information about St Augustine’s Catholic College. In 2010 OFSTED’s Chief Inspector wrote to the college to inform us that their assessment of our school is that we remain an outstanding school with an “OUTSTANDING” grading by OFSTED.
