Anyone can apply to join our Sixth Form. Our school is an outstanding secondary school located in Trowbridge; the Sixth Form is a vibrant part of the school community. We are encouraged to aim high and work hard.
St Augustine’s College offers a wide range of A Level courses and is ranked in the top 10% of sixth forms in the country.
The achievement rate at St Augustine’s at A2 is 100%. As students we know that we will be provided with the care and guidance needed to ensure our next steps. Students leaving St Augustine’s do so with confidence and are able to access first choice universities, higher level apprenticeships or the employment market. Last year 66% of our Year 13 students grades were A*- B and 91% A*- C at A Level. St Augustine’s offers us, as Sixth Form students, bespoke academic mentoring, including preparation for medicine, Oxbridge and American University scholarship programmes.
The independent careers advice and guidance we receive is excellent. As well as receiving dynamic teaching that aids our learning, we also participate in numerous extra-curricular activities such as the KYUEM Malaysian Leadership Conference in Malaysia, Trowbridge Barbarians, Schools Brightest Business Brain, the LaSallian Youth Games in Malta, Ten Tours and the Duke of Edinburgh Award.
There is something for everyone at St Augustine’s, from participating in whole school productions to running your own club or society. We are lucky enough to study in a happy, friendly and fun environment. We look forward to welcoming you to our school. Come and discover St Augustine’s for yourself.
