Nationwide education have launched a film making competition which you could be a part of!
Nationwide have launched a competition called the Big Money Movie Pitch – a competition for schools, run by Nationwide Education, using filmmaking to bring managing money to life.
The competition is for students’ aged 11 to 14 and links with the national curriculum. To enter, you need to pitch an idea to get a short film made (maximum two minutes), which encourages other young people to take responsibility for managing their money and finances effectively.
They are looking for pitches, presented in any way you choose, that bring to life one of the following key areas:
- how to save / why it’s important to save
- managing your money safely
- credit and debit
The winning pitch will be made into a film by industry professionals and the winning school will see their film premiered at a red carpet event at Vue Cinema in Westfield London in July.
